Steam egg with  water 蒸水蛋



Ingredient:
  1. Egg x 3 
  2. Water 310ml

Seasoning:
  1. Chicken powder...... 1 teaspoon
  2. White pepper powder...... little bit

Step
  1. Mix egg with all seasoning and water.
  2. Remove all egg bubbles.
  3. wrap it by Aluminium Foil.
  4. Steam 10 mins in medium fire, then finish.
