Steam egg with water 蒸水蛋

Ingredient:

Ingredient:
- Egg x 3
- Water 310ml
Seasoning:
- Chicken powder...... 1 teaspoon
- White pepper powder...... little bit
Step
- Mix egg with all seasoning and water.
- Remove all egg bubbles.
- wrap it by Aluminium Foil.
- Steam 10 mins in medium fire, then finish.
