Onion……………………...half
醬汁:
萬字醬油………………….2湯匙
味醂……………………….1湯匙
…………..……………..1茶匙

Sauce (A):
Soy sauce……..…. 2 tbsp
Cooking Sake……. 1 tbsp
Sugar……..…. 1 teaspoon
Water……..1 cup
芡汁………………….…..適量
Him zeb (B):
Corn Starch……..…. 1 teaspoon
Water…...…. 2 tbsp
Mix together.
Ready:
1.    Onion - slice cut.
2.    Sliced beef - 1 slice cut into 3 parts.

Step:
1.    A bit oil to fried the onion and add 1 teaspoon sugar in big fire.
2.   Add “Sauce (A)” into the onion and adjust to small fire.
3.    When the onion to be soft, you add the slice beef into the onion and fry fast.
4.    Add the “Him zeb(B)”.
5.    Fry around 10 seconds
6.    Finish!
