金銀蒜粉絲蒸玉子豆腐
Ingredient:
粉絲 .....1小包(半小包都好夠)
玉子豆腐.....2條
Glass noodles .......1 small pack Egg tofu...........2準備醬汁 Seasoning: 金蒜 Chopped gold Garlic 銀蒜 Chopped Garlic 燒汁/豉油 Soy sauce ..... 1 tablespoon 雞粉 Chicken powder 糖1湯匙 Sugar ..... 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Cut all egg tofu,
- Glass noodles dip into hot water,
- All seasoning mix it and place onto the egg tofu.
- Steam 7 minutes, and add hot oil on the top.
