燒汁蒜蓉粉絲蒸玉子豆腐

Ingredient:
粉絲 .....1小包(半小包都好夠)
玉子豆腐.....2條
Glass noodles .......1 small pack
Egg tofu...........2



準備醬汁 Seasoning:
金蒜 Chopped gold Garlic
銀蒜 Chopped Garlic
燒汁/豉油 Soy sauce ..... 1 tablespoon
雞粉 Chicken powder
糖1湯匙 Sugar ..... 1 tablespoon




Steps
    

  1. Cut all egg tofu,
    2. 

  2. Glass noodles dip into hot water,

    3. 

  3. All seasoning mix it and place onto the egg tofu.
    4. 

  4. Steam 7 minutes, and add hot oil on the top.
    5.

粟米燴肉粒 Corn cream cook with minced pork     Ingredient:    Del monte - Sweet corn cream style ..............1 carton  Pork - 150g     Prepare:     Firstly, cut the Pork into small dices.   Add the seasoning into the pork dices and dip it at least 1 hours. Seasoning:    soy sauce 1/2 table spoon,   sugar 1/4 tea spoon,   corn starch powder 1/2 tea spoon,   oil 1 tea spoon     Steps:   Heat 3 or 4 tablespoons of oil in a wok.  Stir-fry minced pork till medium cooked.  Then, add corn-cream in and cook it in high heat for 5 minutes, Finish.

 薑蔥牛柏葉 Steam cow omasum with Shredded ginger     Ingredient:    Cow omasum   Shredded ginger   Step:  1/ 牛柏葉先啤水，3分鐘。Flush water to wash Cow omasum at least 3 mins.   2/ 汆水後，隨即放入冰水；Boil the Cow omasum in 1 min, and then put it into the iced water immediately.   3/ 然後把牛柏葉切成條狀；Then cut into strips shape;   4/ 用鹽、胡椒粉、雞粉、薑絲 加入牛柏葉拌勻；  Add the seasoning into the Cow omasum and dip it at least 2 hours.  <seasoning: a bit of salt, pepper, chicken powder, corn starch powder, ginger>   5/ 水滾蒸5分鐘。  Steam it 5 minutes in high  heat .   6/ 然後加蔥粒、豉油、熟油，完成  Spoon the hot oil, soy sauce and diced spring onions on top of steamed Cow omasum. Finished!
