Step:
- 粉絲用熱水浸軟。
- Glass Noodles soak in hot water.
- 魚腐洗乾淨
- Wash Fish Tofu Ball.
- 勝瓜去皮切件
- Peel Luffa acutangula and cut piece.
- 清雞湯加水滾後放入魚腐及勝瓜件,大火5分鐘轉細火5分鐘
- Cook the Chicken soup, add Fish Tofu Ball and Luffa acutangula pieces in it and cook it in high heat for 5 minutes and turn into fine heat for 5 minutes.
- 最後加少許鹽和粉絲煮多3分鐘便完成
- Lastly, add the glass noodles in and cook 3 minutes, Finish.
