魚腐勝瓜粉絲煲 Fish Tofu Ball cook with Luffa acutangula and Glass Noodles




Ingredients 

魚腐  Fish Tofu Ball

勝瓜 Luffa acutangula

粉絲 Glass Noodles
1細包  1 small packet
清雞湯 Chicken Soup
300ML
 
水 Water
200ML

Step:


  1. 粉絲用熱水浸軟。
    • Glass Noodles soak in hot water.
  2. 魚腐洗乾淨 
    • Wash Fish Tofu Ball.
  3. 勝瓜去皮切件 
    • Peel Luffa acutangula and cut piece.
  4. 清雞湯加水滾後放入魚腐及勝瓜件,大火5分鐘轉細火5分鐘
    • Cook the Chicken soup, add Fish Tofu Ball and Luffa acutangula pieces in it and cook it in high heat for 5 minutes and turn into fine heat for 5 minutes.
  5. 最後加少許鹽和粉絲煮多3分鐘便完成 
    1. Lastly, add the glass noodles in and cook 3 minutes, Finish.
